Privacy Policy
Effective 25 July 2026
We collect very little, we don't sell any of it, and this page tells you exactly what happens to what we do collect.
This website sets no cookies and runs no trackers
There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session cookie, and no third-party font or CDN request on this site. Loading these pages sends your data nowhere. We mention it because it's unusual enough to be worth stating, and because it means there's no cookie banner to click.
What we collect, and when
- When you email us: your name, email address, whatever you write, and anything you attach — typically listing details, an MLS number, or a link.
- When you become a client: the listing information you send us for each project, plus your billing contact details.
- When you pay: Stripe collects and processes your payment details. We never see or store your full card number. We see the last four digits, the cardholder name, and whether it worked.
We don't buy personal data about you, and we don't build a profile of you from anywhere other than what you send us directly.
What we do with it
- Produce and deliver the marketing work you asked for.
- Reply to you.
- Bill you, and keep the records we're required to keep for tax purposes.
- Send you service email about your own projects. If we ever start a marketing newsletter, it'll be separate, opt-in, and one click to leave.
That's the complete list. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, for any purpose, at any price.
Who else touches your data
We use a small number of processors to run the business. Each one handles only what it needs:
- Stripe — payments and billing.
- Google Workspace — our email.
- Cloudflare — hosting and DNS for this website.
- AI model providers — the listing information you send is processed by AI systems to produce your deliverables. We use business-tier services that do not train their models on our data.
Listing information specifically
Most of what you send us isn't personal data at all — it's property data. Where it does include personal details (a seller's name in a document, a client's contact information), we use it only to produce your work, and we'd genuinely rather you redact it before sending. We don't need it.
How long we keep things
Project files and correspondence: three years, so we can answer questions about past work and reuse your established voice on new listings. Billing records: seven years, because tax law says so. Ask us to delete your project data sooner and we will, except for the billing records we're legally required to retain.
Your rights
Email hello@nightshiftgo.com and we'll action any of the following, at no charge, within 30 days:
- Get a copy of what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your data, subject to the billing-record exception above.
- Stop hearing from us entirely.
Depending on where you live, some of these are legal rights and some are just how we operate. We don't make you prove which is which.
Security
Access to client data is limited to what's needed to do the work, accounts are protected with two-factor authentication, and payment credentials never reach our systems in the first place. No system is perfect; if we ever suffer a breach affecting your data, we'll tell you promptly and directly rather than burying it in a status page.
Children
This is a business service sold to licensed professionals. It isn't directed at anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we'll email active clients and update the effective date above.
